  9. Cranberry/Pineapple Jell-O

  11. 1 large box Raspberry Jell-O
  12. 1 can whole cranberry sauce (do not drain)
  13. 1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  14. 1 large container sour cream
  15.  
  16. Mix Jell-O as directed BUT add only 1 3/4 cup COLD water. 
  17. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple.
  18. Put half in a 13 x 9 pan and chill until set.
  19. When set, spread sour cream on top and pour remaining Jell-O on top.
  20. Return to fridge and chill until set.

  23. Frosted Jell-O salad

  25. 1 large box lime Jell-O
  26. 2 cups boiling water
  27. 2 cups seven-up
  28. 1 can crushed pineapple
  29. 2 large bananas
  30.  
  31. Dissolve Jell-O in water.  Stir in 7-up.  Chill until partly set.  Drain
  32. pineapple, save juice.  Fold in pineapple and bananas.  Chill until firm.

  34. Topping

  36. 1/2 cup sugar
  37. 2 tablespoon flour
  38. 1 cup pineapple juice
  39. 1 egg slightly beaten
  40. 2 tablespoons butter
  41. 1 cup whipped cream
  42.  
  43. Combine sugar and flour in saucepan.  Stir in juice and egg.  Cook until
  44. thickened.  Add butter, mix well and chill.  Fold into whipped cream. 
  45. Frost mixture.
